A rose water toner that quenches thirsty skin cells and reduces redness. Hyaluronic acid hydrates while delivering nutrients deep into skin. This formula is alcohol-free, and contains organic witch hazel instead to purify your pores.
Directions:
After using a facial cleanser, pump a quarter sized amount of toner onto a cotton pad or in clean hands. Sweep onto freshly cleansed face and neck, gently patting onto skin before applying a serum or eye cream. Can be used in both morning and nighttime skin care routine.

Flower Water Toner
This toner is unlike any other. My skin is moisturized all day, and this toner is partly to thank for that reality. I currently live in the high desert. It is windy most days and there is not a drop of natural moisture in the air 90% of the time.
